Assistant / Senior Engineer – Messaging

You must be an MCSE or MCITP with minimum 1-2 years experience in IT with a good knowledge in Exchange 2007/2010, OCS/Lynx. A working knowledge on Active Directory (Windows 2003/2008), Sharepoint 2007, MSSQL 2005/2008, IIS 6.0, SCOM 2007, HyperV / VMWare and SAN Systems is desirable. You must have relevant experience in supporting, administration, backup & recovery, performance measurement and capacity planning in Microsoft Exchange platforms.

You must stay up to date on current & emerging trends in the above mentioned technologies and be capable of developing automated procedures and technical documentation to be utilized in the implementation and maintenance processes.

Mandatory Requirement:
Must have implemented Exchange 2007 and/or 2010 in single or multiple site environment.

Microsoft certified in Exchange 2007 and OCS - or must certify within three months of joining.

Business Development Executive / Manager

You should have 3-7 years of direct selling experience in IT services to Enterprise, Corporate, and SMEs preferably selling Hosting, System Integration and/or Software. You will be selling RIMS services in respective regions and interacting with customers directly and independently with no support staff.

Candidates with aggressive selling acumen, good market knowledge, and with good contact network and customer relations will be preferred.

Developer / Senior Developer - Sharepoint
Number of Vacancies: 6

You should have at least 4 years experience in software development in Microsoft Platform with sound
technical knowledge in .Net framework, WCF, MOSS, SQL 2005/2008 and in using C# with thorough knowledge in using WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) to build service oriented applications and integrating existing applications using WCF services, building application with MOSS, creating Web services and Web service clients. You should also have knowledge in SDLC and Project Management Capability.

The job profile includes architecting solutions on .Net environment with Sharepoint, WCF based services, MSSQL 2005/2008 using C#, building solutions based on Microsoft Products like Sharepoint services and MOSS. He/She must be able to work independently and also lead a team of developers when needed.

Engineering Graduates in Computer Science or Electronics & Communication with at least 1 year experience in Network Administration, Server Administration and Windows 2000/2003 and/or Linux.
An MCP/MCSE Certification is desirable. The candidate must possess very good communication skills and should be familiar with concept of Service Desk/Helpdesk and aware of associated processes. Relevant experience in service delivery will be useful and should be willing to work in shifts and learn new technologies.
